Located in the mountains of Tazewell, Hillside apartments provides convenient, single-level living.  Grant funded energy efficiency improvements in 2022 converted all lighting to LED, replaced exhaust and ceiling fans, weatherized doors and windows, and upgraded all HVAC systems.  New programmable thermostats help you manage your electricity bills.

Each apartment is equipped with an electric range, refrigerator and dishwasher.  Rent includes water, sewer, and trash.  Rents are structured to be affordable to singles, couples, and families whose income falls at or below 60% of the area median income.  Water, Sewer, and Trash are included in the rent.  Tenants pay for electric service.  Housing Choice Vouchers are accepted.
