Located in a historic building, the Ross Apartments offer loft-style living in downtown Waynesboro.  The First National Building was built in the 1920s and is one of the key structures in the Waynesboro Downtown Historic District. Completed in 2006, the apartments were built in the same renovation and restoration that created the Waynesboro Heritage Museum on the first floor.

Each 1 bedroom apartment comes with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, range, washer, and dryer.

Rents are structured to be affordable to those whose income exceeds the limits in South River Development Corporation’s other complexes.  Water, Sewer, and Trash are included in the rent.  Tenants pay for electric service and a monthly modem rental fee to have access to internet and cable service. Housing Choice Vouchers are accepted.
